In 2009 and 2010, he completed his Master's Degree studies in intellectual property law and media law at Humboldt University Berlin and has since then been qualified to bear the title of LL.M. (Master of Laws).

Attorney-at-Law Christian Röhl can look back on a successful handball career. Before he chose degree studies over sport, he was in youth selection teams with several later national players and played in the regional handball league for many years.
