Data protection law

Together with Michaela Berger, Mr. Geyer heads the Data Protection / IT / Labor Law department at RDP.

He is a certified data protection officer (TÜV Süd) and works for numerous companies in data protection consulting - either as an external data protection officer or as a consultant to the internal data protection officers.

Mr. Geyer is the main contact person for all questions relating to data protection contracts and agreements (order processing agreements, joint controlling, EU standard data protection agreements, etc.), as well as competition law issues and other related legal areas.

IT law

As a specialist lawyer for IT law, Norbert Geyer is responsible for drawing up and reviewing IT contracts, auditing websites and providing legal support for online projects (competitions, social media, apps, etc.).

Contract Law

Lawyer Norbert Geyer is always in demand when it comes to drafting and reviewing contracts. In addition to drafting general terms and conditions and software contracts, he also has extensive experience with IT project contracts.
